  • UCCS HealthCircle Primary Care Clinic: UCCS Primary Care Clinic offers free mental health counseling sessions on campus, virtually, or off campus. Licensed counselors and clinical social workers are ready to help. Call (719) 255-8001 to schedule an appointment.
  • Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (CSEAP): UCCS employees are entitled to 8 free counseling sessions. CSEAP also offers leader consultation, critical incident response, and mediation services. Call (303) 866-4314 or complete the request online form for an appointment.
  • First Priority Peer Support Program: Trained faculty and staff Peer Supporters offer confidential support for workplace stress, trauma, burnout, and more. Learn more or request peer support here.
  • GRIT Program: Online modules, workshops, and community connections to build resilience and coping skills. Learn more here.
  • Lyda Hill Institute “Take 5”: Quick self-care strategies (5–30 minutes) to help you feel more grounded. Learn more here.
  • Insurance and Benefits: All CU medical plans offer one preventative mental health care visit at no cost per plan year. Check your plan’s provider directory for details.
