Watermark Support
Colleges conduct their Annual Performance Evaluations for faculty in Watermark. It is a good idea to regularly update your Watermark documents (at least once per semester). You can add publications, service and leadership activities, and teaching documentation. Faculty Course Questionnaires (FCQs) gather your student evaluations for teaching and results are automatically populated in Watermark.

Annual Performance Evaluation Criteria
Access your unit's annual performance evaluation criteria to prepare for your evaluation.
Units interested in revising their criteria should note that the majority of our UCCS faculty would like to see these criteria revisited at least every 3 years (Daniels, E. A., Poe, J., Smith, J.
